SAN LUIS LAMP
Is a metallic floor lamp that includes pedal switch, UL certified standard base plug of 120 volts and natural palm woven shade. It is handwoven by the artisan Belen Perez from the village of San Luis Amatlán in the state of Oaxaca.
We work with artisan Belen Perez and her family who master the technique of weaving thin palm leaves that they get from the surroundings of their village.
The knowledge of palm weaving was inherited from generation to generation mostly for women.
